Staff Response: I immediately brought this to the attention of two staff members on duty....

"Nice property, good food and location "

"値段を考えたらオッケー！ MGロードを右に曲がって少し行った左側にインド人で 混んでる地元レストランがあるがめちゃくちゃ美味しいから行ってみて！"

"Clean room courtesy staff "

"The rooms are small for the anount they charging."

"It is acceptable to remain, though not as promising as anticipated."

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Bathroom was not clean enough, stains on towels, bed sheets, holes in walls, paint peeling off walls. Liked that free breakfast was included."

"Excellent experience. One suggestion to add more light to washroom and also have slippers in room like in other hotels"

"It was an okay stay. I don't understand how it is a 4-star hotel. It barely makes the cut for a 3-star, let alone 4. Everything was extremely average. Food was a bit above average, and the restaurant was clean. The whole 3rd floor smelt like cigarettes, and our bedsheets and blankets did too."
