"Not the greatest spot. The hotel is run down. The cleaning staff were friendly, but the front desk staff could use some customer service training. Our room was clean, as was the bathroom. The quilts were thrown on the bed and quite wrinkled. Luckily the sheets were clean and nicely made underneath. There was a constant drip in a pipe in the wall. We aren’t fancy people and were expecting simple. Unfortunately this place was less than that."

"DIRTY! When I walked into my room I was immediately confronted with a wafting smell of urine. There was literal dirt on the floor that I could see. It was disgusting. Do not waste your money or time here."

"The room and lobby were clean and fit our needs. The pool is closed and seems to have been for some time, which was not advertised as such otherwise we would’ve gone for a hotel with one. The breakfast was hot and tasty, but didn’t have as much variety or quantity of food as one would expect with “buffet” advertisement. Better like Lucky Charms. We determined that our fridge was the cause of an obnoxious smell in our room although the fridge itself was clean it somehow smelled really bad."

"We got there early after driving 16 hours and they were able to accommodate an early check in. The front desk man was very kind and funny. He had recommendations for things to do and see while we were in town. He also was able to get a microwave to our room. Would stay here again."

"I love this hotel. The only thing I don't like is the inner rooms that face the "event space". You can't tell what time it is cause you cannot see outside from your room. This time we had a room with an outside facing window. Much better! So close to downtown, you can walk everywhere. I will always choose this hotel when traveling to Missoula and seeing a show downtown. Eat at El Comino Tacos! Chef's kiss!"
