I'm sorry that you had a negative experience at my Hotel. Your issues where never brought to my attention and I assure you that if what you have written in your review is correct I would have addressed it. The rooms are all non smoking rooms so I am surprised that you encountered this problem. We do allow for smoking on the balcony and I can only assume that this is where you encountered your discomfort. Regards Derek Thorogood

Hi Don, I appreciate you taking the time to post your review and welcome your feedback, however I would have liked the opportunity to address your concerns whilst you were here and not through these channels even though you have not clearly stated what your concerns actually are. I assume you were hoping to stay at a Five Star Hotel at a Backpackers price? I would suggest that the next time you find grievance with a booking then you at least give the proprietor the courtesy of discussing your complaint, and the opportunity to resolve it.
