The hotel's balcony is quite nice. I bought coffee and some food at the Seven Eleven and ate at the balcony every morning. The sun set is very beautiful from the balcony. One big problem is that the heat from air conditioner of rooms are sent to the Balcony. So it is good in the morning but very hot in the afternoon or in the evening. Staffs are nice and the room price is low. It is located in the convenient area of Pattaya.

Great spot for a short night rest and place in a convenient spot. Its okay spot if you packed light but if you have a couple heavy luggages and have a room up the stairs, it is going to be leg workout.

Balcony is the Star for The Red Balcony.
The location of the Hotel is Amazing, which located few steps away from Walking Street and Balcony of my room facing Beach is breath taking. This hotel didn't have lift, i am staying @ 4th floor, its really v uncomfortable climbing stairs every time to my room is v annoying.

Hotel from hell
Pros: Good location Cons: The room is outdated, first thing you notice when you enter the room is smell of mould. Airconditioning is very loud and you can't change the temperature. Also loud noise from outside as there is a big road just next to it. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Killed a big cockroach in the bathroom. Can't stop thinking if this creature was running all over me during the night. Avoid.

Overcharged
The hotel was fine. The problem was with Hotels.com because they overcharged me. I paid 1,200 baht per night and discovered that the walk in price was 900 baht per night. Hotels.com advertises that they will save you money but that is not true

NATURE TOURS

CUSTOMER FOCUS MUST BE IMPROVED
This was my 2nd stay with this property in last 7 months time., Booked and Stayed at Suite room. The location wise perfect, Very near to beach, In and around transportation, Restaurant wise all the facilities are good. Staffs must be trained properly. I have requested for 3 hours late checkout at the time of booking itself through hotels.com. When i do the check in requested but they refused they asked me to make the payment of THB 1000 additional for 3 hours., In fact most of the rooms are empty due to lean season. Considering the request or not is there wish., But they must be polite with the guest not to be rude. They must be educated over and above communication level is too low. They asked me to check out by 1200hrs., Exactly 1200hrs checked out and waited for 3 hours at reception. They are not even ready to on the fan when i was sitting at the lobby. I have booked and paid for my Oct 19 travel for the same suite room., I realized not to worth stay at this property due to which cancelled my booking.

Very nice hotel near walking street. I had a room with a balcony looking into the ocean. It was very nice and for me was not very loud. I would definitely stay here again.

1st time in Pattaya
Was my 1st trip to Pattaya, I was lucky enough to pick this place. The location is great, room was big, comfortable bed and there’s a nice ocean view from the 2nd floor deck.

Outstanding property on beach road
I have stayed in the suite room which is sea facing also there is so big and comfortable. From the property only the 50 meters beach which really amazing. Also there will be the open space with shelter to sit and view the beach and the beach road activities. I really love the property and i would strongly recommend this property to my friends and the clients as well.

편의성이 좋다.
해변에 가깝다. 마사지 샾과 편의 점이 1층이 나가자마자 있다. 인고 음식점은 길건너편에 있다. 2층 이상은 발코니가 있어 맥주한병 사다가 마시며 바다를 볼수 있어 좋다. 객실에 재떨이가 있어 흡연도 가능하다. 자 그럼 인제 나쁜점을 적겠다. E/L베이터가 없어 3층 부터는 돔 걸어야 한다 샤워기의 수압이 약해 졸졸흐르는 물에 씻쳐댜 한다. 욕실이 많이 노후 됐다. 24시간 시끄럽다. 해변에서 밤새도록 불야성이라 조용히 숙면을 취하기 어렵다. 슬리퍼가 없다 편의 점에서 구매하지말고 호텔에서 나가 우측으로 돌아 블럭을 빠져나가면 있는 곳에서 게다 말고 슬리퍼를 사라 편의점에서는 슬리퍼가 게다 뿐이다. 뭐 온수는... 더우니 됐다. 전페적으로 낙후된 시설이나 편리성이나 기타 사항 때문에 추천한다. 워킹스트리트하고 적당한 거리를 유지하고 있어 그 음악소리는 들리지 안는다.

エレベーターがない
エレベーターが無いので重い荷物を持って上がるのはつらいですね。因みにホテルは4Fまであります。スタッフがいれは運んでくれると思います。ロケーションはビーチロード沿いでWStにも近いです。シャワーは熱湯か水しか出ないですね。他の部屋は判りませんが。バルコニーはゆっくりできて良いですよ。

初パタヤで利用
ビーチやウォーキングストリートに徒歩でいけるとても便利な場所にあります 泊まったのがビーチ側の部屋だったので景色もよかったです 場所的にうるさいかなと思いましたがそんなことはなくぐっすり寝れました 施設がちょっと傷んでいますけど（シャワーの出が悪いとか水道の蛇口がガタガタしたり浴室に換気扇がない）個人的にはtvとwifiとエアコンがバッチリだったので良かったです。
通路部分からバルコニーにでれます

Good Location
Pick up this hotel because of the location, just 5min from walking street. The room are alright, only water heater not working thru out my stay. As the hotel do not have a lift, do not get to drunk. Or else you might roll down from stair.

Pattaya OK
If you want to be close to walking street or the beach it is wonderful. Room was comfortable enough additional cleaning in the bathroom wouldn't go amiss. Staff were helpful but hotel has very few facilities, but probably due too many other establishments offering food etc around. Security other than closing the door there was no additional security.

便利な場所で、やすい
部屋は古くさいですが、不便はありません。部屋によりバルコニー付きの部屋もあれば、窓なしに近い部屋もある。スタッフはいいです。場所はいいです。マッサージ、コンビニ、安いレストラン、ウォーキング　ストーリートがすぐです。できたらスィートの部屋を選択すべきかな。

This a great place for people who want to be able to experience nearby Walking Street but prefer a slightly more quiet location to sleep. The staff was friendly and the room was fine. Overall, a very good value. I would stay again.

全体的に古くはあるが清潔感あり。 ウォーキングストリートに徒歩で3分くらいでいけます。その割には室内は静かで快適でした。 ・エアコンから水漏れあり(床にタオルがひいてあった) ・バスタブが有り、シャワーの水はトイレ側には影響しない ・テレビ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーあり
