Unfortunately, We don't really understand your comment which guests could confirm via Google Maps. Regarding market and eating, according to Google Maps, you have 7 eleven and Family Mart open 24 hours a day 347 meters from the villa. And you have 21 restaurants within 500 meters. And what's more, you have restaurant with FREE delivery at the villa. And yes delivery 15/20min, that's correct, but they need time to cooking the food. unfortunately the cost of your electricity bill and mosquitoes are linked. As specified during check-in and in the villa's information book, you must close the windows when you turn on the air conditioning, especially at nightfall to avoid Thai mosquitoes.

The villa is only 5 minute from the WALKING STREET or Beach. You can use Tuk Tuk Songhtaew for only 10 thb per person or private taxi or Grab apps or motobike. Its a very good location for Villa because we are not a hotel. About the electricity, you paid only what you used. Just need to close the big Windows when you switch on the aircon and switch off the aircon when you leave the villa.

Thanks for reviews, yes there have 2 swimming pool as the photo. 1 is standard private pool ( arround 6meter x 12meter) and the 2nd pool is over 35meter. The photo are 100% real. About the 4000 THB, its not only the cleaning fee, its including also city tax, registration with your TM card, commodity and the final cleaning.
