We stayed in Feb for 2 nights. The hotel was about 25min by car to pattaya city so it was more peaceful with a cute beach and a small busy area. The pool and roof top was nice and the breakfast was good too. On our last night, we got back to the hotel around midnight and we noticed my husband left his phone in the Grab we took home… we couldn’t reach our grab driver because my husband booked the grab through his phone. We managed to figure out where the phone was located by find my app and the hotel staff who was off work went above and beyond our expectations to help us find it. Sure enough we did find his phone and we couldn’t be more thankful for the staff that helped us that night. Our faith in humanity was restored that night. The staff really showed us that the beautiful people make Thailand a beautiful and special place.

The rooms, sheets en towels weren’t very clean. The service was very slow and there weren’t any chairs around the swimming pool, only tables and seating chairs. There was also no hot water in the shower in the rooms.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von dem Hotel mit dem Minibus nicht zuereichen rundum gibt es nichts was Mann ohne eigenes Fahrzeug machen kann Ausflug und Taxi mussten wir selber organisieren die and der Rezeption waren nicht fähig das Restaurant und die Bar weit weg von den Bildern im Internet alles Ingesamt enttäuschend

We hadden hier voor 3 nachten geboekt en waren achteraf blij dat we geen volle week hebben geboekt zoals we eerst van plan waren.
We wisten dat het rustiger zou zijn dan Pattaya of Jomtien, maar dit was wel het andere uiterste want er is gewoon helemaal niks op loopafstand te doen! Als je er dus even uit wilt en je hebt geen eigen vervoer dan ben je op de taxi aangewezen wat met een app als Bolt trouwens nog prima te doen is. Voor tussen de 100 en 150 thb kun je alsnog in Bang Saray of Jomtien zijn.
Mbt het hotel zelf:
De eerste indruk was dat het er een stuk minder modern uitzag dan op de foto's. Veel houtwerk is in slechte staat. Het zwembad op de 8e verdieping is klein en aan een opknapbeurt toe.
De kamer was voldoende ruim. Het keukentje was erg klein maar had een goede koelkast met vriesvak. Het bed was comfortabel. De badkamer was ok. Er was niet voldoende capaciteit om de regendouche op temperatuur te houden waardoor de temperatuur continue schommelde. We hadden een kamer die uitkeek op een soort composthoop/afvalstort dus we hebben de gordijnen maar dicht gelaten....
Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het eten en drinken in de rooftopbar is goed maar te duur vergeleken met de prijzen in andere 4 en 5 sterren hotels waar we geweest zijn. Dat geldt ook voor het aanbod in de minibar...
Al met al zouden wij voor een volgende keer eerder voor een andere plek kiezen

The room was small but clean and fully facilitated. There were only few indoor parking but there were open area for parking. The hotel is close to the beach and many good restuarants.

We are happy with your beautiful Deluxe room with fully equipped amenities in room. The view of restaurant is also great.
However, we found a house keeper was knocking our door in the late afternoon she wanted to clean our room while one of guest was going to take a shower which we were not satified this service and want hotel please train staff to avoid disturbing guest during stay.
H/K staff should work her duty during guest is not stay in room after 11 o'clock in the morning as we stayed 2 nights here.

The 1 bedroom unit is clean and quite, no gym and spa, the door flame is falling apart but doesn’t affect us, the sofa has a lot of stain and dirt marks

My stay at X2 was better than excellent! Everything at the property exceeded my expectations. The Staff are very friendly and will do everything in their power to make your stay the very best it can be. This is a very "Trendy" Hotel w/ in a 2 min. walk to the beach.Couldn't be happier and I would recommend X2 to anyone looking for a great Hotel.
