"I did not have breakfast at the property there during my 5 day stay. The air conditioning system kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. In my opinion the gym needed more basis strength equipment. "

"What makes this Hotel somewhat good is the location and the proximity to the beach, having said that it is sad to see its overall condition, it is in desperate need of a major refurbish or at least a facelift, as it has tremendous potential. One of the major drawbacks is its lack of a pool. I had read reviews regarding unhelpful and rude staff but we didn’t encounter any of that, the staff were friendly and accommodating, no issues there. If you’re there for a long stint.. you better like boiled eggs and bacon before that’s all there is EVERY day, the breakfast never deviates one item, boiled eggs, bacon, ham, little frankfurts, toast, garlic bread, little stick doughnuts and two cereals, the same two soups are also present every day, the fruits and salads are fresh, that I must say, obviously there is no onsite kitchen and everything is brought in from elsewhere. If you have children or have a few drinks and decide to go out onto the balcony be aware that the balcony railing is unusually low to the point of being unsafe, it’s hard to fathom that it actually passed safety standards! The wifi is terribly erratic and unreliable as well. As I said.. location and the ocean view saves this Hotel. Cheers."

"My room was very clean. The staff is very professional. I ate at both restaurants on the upper pool and lower pool and they were both awesome. It was probably the best pizza I’ve had since I’ve been in Thailand and I’ve been coming here for a long time and on the top pool I had a zucchini salad which was unbelievable so I got nothing but good things to say about my stay there. Keep up the good work Ray"
