Uma opção barata e fora do centro da cidade, e apesar de ter janelas a prova de som, o quarto recebia um pouco de barulho. Café da manhã simples, porém muito gostoso.

Excelente custo benefício

Foi excelente. Fica perto de um clube famoso: o Caiçaras. E da para caminhar ao redor do Parque de Exposição. Se caminhar na avenida para a direita dá para ter uma vista incrível da cidade. Têm churrascarias excelentes e bares! Bares com tira-gosto fantástico são o forte de Patos de Minas. Na Festa do Milho reserve aqui. Dá para ir e voltar a pé do Parque de Exposição.

Sempre fico nos Ibis, mas a manutenção da unidade de Patos de Minas está deixando a desejar, meu quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, pois tinha mofo na parede, o assento do vaso estava quebrado. Precisa olhar pra manutenção!!

Hotel precisa de manutenção

Este é o terceiro ano seguido que fico no hotel, cada vez mais precário, sem internet, a televisão não pegava nenhum canal e as instalações parecem não ter manutenção. Pelo valor cobrado, deveria oferecer melhores condições aos hóspedes. Os funcionários são nota 10, o ponto negativo é estrutural mesmo.

Fiquei muito incomodada com o barulho! Como as paredes do hotel são muito finas, vc escuta tudo de quem passa pelo corredor. Meu quarto era virado para avenida. Durante toda madrugada eu fui acordada por causa da música que, mesmo do outro lado da rua, estava tão alta que dava para ouvir tudo. Ou seja, vedação da janela péssima

Sempre que escolho a Rede Ibis para me hospedar, espero ter o mesmo padrão de conforto e qualidade que sempre encontro nos hotéis Ibis que já me hospedei. Infelizmente o Ibis Budget Patos de Minas deixou muito a desejar. Desde o atendimento até o quarto. Ao chegar, a noite depois de umas 6 horas de estrada, o recepcionista, que poderia ter escolhido um quarto mais confortável e silencioso, nos colocou justamente em um quarto que ficava exatamente em frente a uma boate. Por volta das 2 da manhã, em função do barulho, pedi para ele trocar de quarto. O hotel não estava cheio, faltou sensibilidade e empatia do atendente em nos alocar em um apartamento confortável e silencioso. Além disso, o recepcionista quis cobrar o café da manhã, mas já havíamos pago quando fechamos a reserva. Na manhã, o café da manhã estava bem simples, só o essencial.

Ótimo hotel em patos de minas! Preço justo e bom café da manhã. Bem limpo e organizado. Os atendentes nos receberam muito bem. A localização do hotel é boa com diversos restaurantes, farmácias e conveniências proximas. Tivemos um problema com o café da manhã incluso nas reservas, estava incluso no hotels.com mas a recepção não os identificou. Pagamos a parte o café da manhã (preço justo, bom café!) E o hotels.com irá reembolsar o valor pago. Melhor hotel da cidade.
