"Property in a very nice area with nice view if you get sea view room. The downside to this property is EVERYTHING cost extra. Breakfast not included, 3 restaurants in hotel but portion sizes not worth the price. Hotel offers airport shuttle but it is the same price as taking a taxi, I recommend catching the train everywhere. I messaged the property before my arrival about checking in and shuttle and no reply. Staff was only there to check me in and out. I got stuck on the elevator and called...

"Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"
