"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, it was very disappointing that the airport shuttle was not operating. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised a 24-hour shuttle service. As a result, we had to take an Uber, and we were even taken to another City Express hotel before being redirected back to the airport location. We also arrived very late at night, and for some reason our credit card would not go through, even though it had worked in other places, and they almost did not give us the room. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra costs. I hope the hotel updates its information to avoid similar situations for future guests. Very disappointing."
