"The room was very comfortable. Good mattresses and sheets. Great views from rooftop terrace, Nice breakfast on rooftop terrace watching the balloons. Mainly, though the great friendly staff. Helpful, competent and very cordial. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be a little away from the tourist traps and in the heart of great natural wonders, while being treated to some high level hospitality."
"The room was beautiful! The shower water had good pressure and was warm. The towels were of very nice quality. The rooftop terrace had many pillows for seating to watch the balloons in the morning. The staff was kind and helpful. "
"The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more.
The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in.

다만 저희는 1층에 숙박하였는데 동선에 창이 이써 환기를 위해 창을 계속 열어둘 수는 없었고 에어컨이 없는
구조라 한낯은 조금 더워 선풍기를 빌려주셨어요.
다른 더 럭셔리한 방도 경험해보고싶었지만 일정이 많아 방 변경은 포기했습니다.
괴레메 센터에선 걷기에 멀어 첫날은 택시를 탔고 현지에 조금 익숙해진 다음날부턴 버스를 타고다녔어요. 하지만 숙소 근처에 버스 정류장을 찾기는 어려울거에요,, 현지 사람들은 길에서 막 손흔들고 타더라구요.
숙소 근처 Han 레스토랑도 매일 갈만큼 한달간 가본 튀르키예 식당 중 손 꼽히는 식당이었어요. "

"İşletmeci ve çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve canayakınlar. Bölge ve aktiviteler hakkında epey yardımcı oldular. Misafirperverlikleri ile bizi evimizde hissettirdiler.
Otel temiz. Kahvaltısı güzel, açık büfe. Mağara odalar da mevcut, gerçekten çok otantik. Bölgeye tekrar gidersem kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğim bir otel.
Otelin konumu Çavuşin kasabasında balonların kalktığı yere çok yakın olduğu için, 3 sabah boyunca otelin terasından muazzam bir balon seyri gerçekleştirdik."
