Estimado cliente, ticos no educados por supuesto que no ! por lo tanto tenemos clientes ticos fascinados por el hotel por sus reglas que les permiten descansar en paz en un lugar bastante exclusivo, donde uno no llega a la piscina con su hielera, bebidas, radio. No manejamos un camping. Las reglas están bien explicitas en el sitio de reserva y el descriptivo del hotel bien claro por los que saben leer. En la habitación que ustedes eligieron, el baño si está cerrado y hay un techo o sea que usted o es ciego o distorsiono la verdad, le dejo elegir ! El restaurante solo funciona con reservación previa, esto también viene precisado como el hecho que la reserva es no reembolsable, así que me extraña mucho su comentario desagradable, mejor enoje se con usted mismo por no leer nada antes de reservar, sería más lógico, no le parece ?
