"The property was gorgeous and well-appointed. Margarida was a very friendly hostess. The room was very large and very quiet. It looked out into a large yard that had beautiful gardens and pool area. Our breakfast was extensive and generous. A great stay for off the beaten path-very relaxing. In a very nice town."

"Stunning! We stayed in the 2 bed suite is the Casio de campo building…it was like staying in a millionaire decorators apartment!! Huge patio to a stunning view of the mountains/vineyards. Wanted to cancel the rest of our trip and stay there. Breakfast was wonderful. Wine tasting unparalleled!"

I read some of the comments about five star hotel in previous reviews while the hotel itself may not be a five-star the staff and the service is easily five-star… I laugh at some of the comments…. if you want little slippers and matching housecoat, look like a prince and princess, then go to Palace… the meals were suburban with the first class chef from Brazil… when I came to the restaurant bar you couldn’t want more for service and quality…. awesome place for...

"Optima acomodação , super limpa e perfumada. Muito bem localizada em pleno centro de Mondim de Bastos, com um excelente pequeno almoço ! Anfitrião bastante simpático, conhecedor dos encantos circundantes que amavelmente nos forneceu algumas dicas muito úteis! Recomendo vivamente!! Referência ao alojamento em tempo de covid 19 , tudo bastante limpo e cuidadoso, todos com uso de máscara o que nos deixou super tranquilos. Recomendamos está habitação mesmo em tempo de pandemia ! "O quarto é excelente. A vista esplêndida. O atendimento um primor. Só há alguns pormenores que precisam ser revistos. As toalhas estavam manchadas e ao frequentar o salão de jogos, perdemos 1 euro, pois o brinquedo não funcionou. É um hotel muito barulhento na zona dos restaurantes. Um hotel voltado para famílias com crianças. "
