From start to finish this is a fantastic property. They let us check in early before we went to the crater and the gal at the front desk was so sweet and gave all options for me to move around the property with an injury that made it hard for me to walk. The room was perfect! One of the nicest Ive ever stayed in and the property is so nice! Especially the pools and spas! Too notch property and will definitely stay again!

The room and bathroom were clean, well decorated/ furnished, and spacious. The heated pools were awesome (along w the onsite bathrooms/changing rooms/showers) and there were plenty of loungers available. The food and ice cream at the Milk House were good (though a little pricey) and kids had fun playing the at-table games. We are excited to return when construction is done to enjoy the new areas they are currently finishing as well as to hit the driving range. There are a lot of cool shops and delicious food joints nearby. Perfect place to spend the weekend.

Such a cute property, we loved the pools! The rooms were nice. The in room mini fridge doesn’t get super cold, and we had a hard time maintaining a good temperature in the room, the temperature gauge seems to be off because it was either too cold or too hot. Our stay was awesome! The property is beautiful.. there is ALOT of construction going on and the walk to the pools was a lot further than usual which sucked because it’s winter time! The pools are so cool and yes warm! The pools on the upper level are a lot warmer! Our room was great very clean and modern. We didn’t eat any breakfast or food there during our stay so I can’t comment on that but I will say get to the Milk House sooner rather than later they ran out of ice cream before 6pm and ran out of breakfast items before 9:30! Beautiful place to be and a great experience

I absolutely loved this property. Beautiful rooms and amenities. Food was also wonderful and the shopping in town was fantastic. The only improvement would be to hire some first rate service staff. The service at the milkhouse needed a bit of training in both hospitality and expediting. But overall a huge recommend and we will be returning

The room was very cute and modern. I loved staying here in December! They let me check in as soon as I arrived an hour early, which was so appreciated throughout my travels. I sat my stuff down and basically hopped right into the crater! The crater is any nature lovers delight. Then the hot tubs and pool were literally perfect. Food was good at the restaurant and ice cream was also divine! Fun stay! I’d do it many more times!
