"Great location, clean and stylish suite. Th front facing suite was noisy from the street and guests. My only issue is I was detained in CDMX, and asked to extend my stay. They said they could add a day but there was no room through the week. I said fine. However, they sent a whatspp and said I needed to vacate within an hour and that the promised extended night was no longer available. That is bad innkeeping and hospitality. I asked them to book me into a sister property, which they ultimately did. It turned out to be inferior, hot and with bad plumbing. I had to leave after one night. The front desk really doesn't have their act together. Too bad because it is a nice property."

"Great location in Polanco near Ave Masyryk and Palaico de Hierro.. AC in the bedroom only. Kept the sun shades down in the living room to keep from overheating. Nice roof top deck. Good security. A solid choice."

"When I arrived, the place had large "CLAUSURADO" signs posted by the authorities. They in fact shut down the place! Can't believe these people are offering reservations while the property is closed. BTW, I did call and knocked on door, to no answer."

"We loved it here, we are at the top floor & the views were amazing! Everything is great except for 1, we asked the receptionist to book us a shuttle to go to the airport, she said the amount is 190 Mexican for the ride but when we paid the driver he said that it was 550 Mexican, he then called the hotel receptionist & I spoke to her & she said she made a mistake!?! ☹️ Just booked an UBer to go to the airport its about 200 Mexican."
