Lindo hotel en inmejorable ubicación

Fue una buena experiencia, el hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades para pasar unos hermosos días de descanso y paseo. El personal muy servicial. No tengo de que quejarme. Recomendable.

linda vista y servicio!

La atencion del personal muy buena, estacionamiento en el mismo hotel, buen desayuno variado, y una linda ubicacion y vista al rio, lo lamentable (como esta el casino ahi mismo) hay mucho olor a tabaco, es lamenteble

Debe ser dicícil manterner las cuatro estrellas

La habitación que nos dieron (218) estaba al lado de los motores del aire acondicionado. Con las ventanas cerradas la cama vibra. El ruido sordo es muy fuerte. Entramos al baño y el olor a cigarrillo era insoportable. Pedimos que nos cambien de habitación (aclaro que pedimos las habitaciones MAS CARAS del hotel) y nos dieron la 418. Dos pisos mas arriba en donde se escuchan los motores pero no tanto. Mientras esperábamos el cambio en el lobby la gente de limpieza fue a tirar toneladas de aromatizante al baño de la 418 para sacarle el olor a cigarrillo que obviamente reapareció a las pocas horas. La atención es buena pero lenta. Salvo el servicio a la habitación que fue muy eficiente.
