The bathroom was licking all over the room ! If i don’t call the staff for cleaning the room they don’t even ask if we want to they clean the room !

Cette hôtel ne prend aucune réservation en ligne!! Réservation effectuée sur Hôtel.com qui ne prend certainement pas le temps de vérifier que l'hôtel a changé de propriétaire. Résultat: chambre facturée, aucune réservation, hôtel plein, recherche d'un autre hôtel. LAMENTABLE!!!

Je n'ai pas pu rentré dans l'établissement car l'hotelier m'a dit que la réservation faite sur hôtel.com n'était pas valable. Donc il nous a laissé ma famille et moi à ma porte. J'attend d'être rembourser par hôtel.com
