"Nice stay"

"No elevator and the front desk clerk offered no help when I told her I couldn’t haul luggage to 2nd floor myself (heart condition). She gave me a ground floor room but charged me extra for it. They had a guest washing machine but dryer was broken. In room, floors were not clean and toilet paper holder was missing. I’d recommend that you avoid this motel."

"Our family really liked the hotel. The room was spacious and clean! The hotel itself is clean too. Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast was very nutritious and varied."

"Staff was very helpful. As a family of 6 the extra sitting room with pullout couch was awesome. Asked for a rollaway bed and was told they no longer provide them but after our long day getting back there was one sitting outside our room. Room was super clean and comfortable. Absolutely would recommend."

"The room wasn’t the cleanest. The hot water did not work. Hotel reported we damaged the bedding and charged me for it, but wouldn’t show me a picture or direct me to a person to dispute the charge. They ignored my calls and hung up on me."

"This hotel is pretty old and tired. Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is that they had replaced the carpet in the room with vinyl plank, so that helped somewhat. There was wingback chair in the room that was fairly threadbare with stains on the arms and seat. The desk chair seat and armrests (vinyl) were worn and had tears in them. "We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby."

"Property was kinda dirty but room was clean and remodeled. Just wish they had housekeeping more then they did. Pool heater was not working so pool was cold but not a bad experience."

"This was my family’s first Under Canvas experience and we absolutely loved it! It’s definitely glamping so brings some of the comforts of hotel lodging to the great outdoors. You can expect amazing amenities in your tent including wood burning stove, full bathroom and shower, comfortable mattress and seating areas. It was easy enough to locate and secluded enough to see the Milky Way on a clear night. The reception and dining was spectacular!!! Way nicer than I imagined. The breakfast was...

"It’s about as scenic a location as you can imagine. There’s hammocks, fire pit, horseshoe pit, and disc golf available. Breakfast is yogurt, oatmeal, muffin, juice, and coffee. It wasn’t cold during our stay but I’m sure it would be comfortable even if it was cold with heaters, bed warmers, and extra blankets available. Kids loved it and we wish we had stayed longer."

"Great room, well kept (screen door on patio needed work) great checkin process, staff member I met was awesome. Only issue we had was we stayed the first night it got hot...and the AC wasn't working, or the staff member and myself did not understand the 2 seperate room thermostats. So when we wanted to sleep we ended up spending an hour trying to get AC, no luck. They didn't offer another room, but gave us a fan and $20 off the night."

"Overall, the location was good. It's close to Browning which gave more dining choices with better prices and better food. The lodging was okay. However, our room was ready several hours late. After driving all day to get there, it was a bit frustrating. The staff was friendly enough."

"It had a great air conditioner with a steady fan hum which drowned out any train noise, as it was across the street from busy tracks. Was close to a historic downtown area which was lovely to explore and we had missed on prior visits.to Livingston. We got a room with a pullout sofa bed and had a table and chairs and felt homey. Did not like getting contact high from the weed smoking happening below the room... only smelled outside though. Had benches in front of the rooms for my smoker friend...

"Wish we could have stayed here longer and enjoyed the view. Great omelette casserole breakfast (for adults), maybe add some kid friendly options like pancakes or waffles or kid cereal (I think there was Raisin Bran there). My child wouldn’t eat anything. Loved the room and front porch view."
