Paracas is a sleepy little fishing beach town in Peru that is the gateway for the Ballestas islands where we saw penguins, Sea Lions and tons of birds.

The Candelabra lines outside of Pisco, Peru. These lines are a bit different from the Nazca Lines, but still Inka in nature. You can only see these as you travel along the shore of the Pacific Ocean.

The coastline at the Paracas National Reserve in Peru. This reserve is a great place to see flamingos, sea lions and whales. We also observed several porpoises from the shoreline. There were several places along the shoreline that allow access to the beaches below.
