"Had a short but sweet stay here whilst attending a wedding in the Coral bay area. This hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Victoria in particular was very helpful as we had some flight issues coming and going. Would highly recommend."

"Ignore the people that find fault this is a beautiful place, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The food is very nice and a really good selection. It a buffet type of food, some reviews stated the food was like warm blah blah blah service is not brilliant .... They cater for lots of people for heavens sake and are humans. .... Pay a huge amount more and try the 4 seasons or something similar or don't go anywhere. This place is worth every penny"

"The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment."

"The view was amazing, I booked a garden view and was given a view of the sea, pool and mountains further away. The area was quiet and a short distance to the beach where there are lots of surfers. The pool was very shallow for swimming in and like a warm bath with the heat warming it up. Apartment was spacious, clean, had comfortable beds. "Could not fault this hotel at all. The food and cocktails were amazing, the rooms were amazing and the Tom Ford perfume outside each room was a lovely touch. We even got an eye mask and scrunchie off the maids one night. The maids were lovely and kept our room super clean and changed our towels constantly!
