"Unfortunately, our experience at Venus Beach Hotel was very disappointing. Room: The room was dirty, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The mirrors and sinks were never cleaned, they often forgot to leave towels, and the trash was not taken out. We complained and asked them to clean the room, but it was still just as dirty afterward. Apparently, they thought adding more soap would solve the problem. In the end, they simply left the sheets on the bed for us to make the bed...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. They were also very flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away.
