"Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. We did not have the breakfast because I was afraid if the rooms and building were that...

"Very clean, great location with several good restaurants within walking distance, about 20 minutes to downtown Madison. Fun pool and hot tub."

"Great place to stay ! Has a regular restaurant attached and breakfast is free in the morning. Rooms were a little on the small side but were renovated clean and cozy. Only down thing was pool was closed for remodeling which is a good thing ! Lots of shuttle vehicles to get you around every where. I would DEFINITELY stay here again !!"

"The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues."
