"The apartment itself was ok and in a good location for accessing both the city and the beach. However, there was a significant lack of staffing, with no one at the desk for the majority of our stay. This meant we couldn't resolve basic things, such as broken air-conditioning in our room, slow wifi, and access to towels for the pool (which we were informed would be available from the reception for the duration of our stay). We appreciate it was the penultimate week of the season, but...

"A toxic smelling gas was emanating from the shower drain when we returned from a late dinner. We didn’t use the bathroom for the rest of our visit, keeping the door closed and towels blocking the bottom. Slept with the door to the porch wide open all night and left as soon as possible in the morning."

"Really great stay in Chania. Amazing location where you can walk along the water to the Old Town. Clean hotel, spacious room with great amenities and friendly staff. The parking onsite was such a nice feature - best to book in advance of your stay to secure a spot. After a day of adventuring, it was so nice to know we’d have a guaranteed, convenient place to park when we got back to the hotel. Truly only have great things to say about this place after 7 nights there!"

Der eigene Kleiderschrank Pool mit der eigenen Terrasse war wunderschön, gekrönt wurde es dadurch, dass man das tolle und leckere Frühstück direkt im privaten Bereich genießen konnte. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und die Preise waren günstig"
