"Room was very nice with plenty of space. The included buffet breakfast was excellent and considerable better than other places that I've stayed."

"Beach front was the only positive! This hotel had a problem with giving their guests towels! They would come and take them and not replace them! We had to go to the desk several times before they would get towels to us which was very bad when you come in from the beach and want to shower! The management could care less the staff could have cared less! They had towels in a back closet behind the desk and would not give them to you! It was insane I’ve never had such a time getting towels to...

"This was my second time staying at Palmetto Inn and Suites. The room was bigger than I expected this time. It’s everything you need. Beach front, balcony, pool, kitchen. Was able to text with the front desk for more towel and toilet paper, they always responded right away and received my needs within 10 minutes or less."

"Great coffee and parking is free."

"Very clean hotel. However, somehow we were only setup for Sunday through Saturday. We thought we payed for Sunday thru Sunday. We booked thru Expedia. Will never do that again, because we wound up having to pay $200 more to stay the Saturday night we thought we had reserved! This has been a very expensive mistake we thought had been taken care of when we checked ked in last Sunday!"
