The stay was very nice. Breakfast and dinner was included. Dinner and breakfast was good. The spa thermal pool was a nice experience. The pool outside was nice. It’s about 1 hour to walk to Pamukkale, but a short trip with taxi.

This was a great hotel. We only had one day to explore and they helped us feel at home and make all arrangements. We appreciate how great they made us feel. Rooms were clean and food was good.

Sanki kaçacakmÄ±ĆŸÄ±z gibi odayı göstermeden ödemeyi giriƟte alıyoruz deyip ödemeyi aldılar. Bebeğimizi görmelerine rağmen beƟik vermeyi teklif etmediler. Oda çok kĂŒĂ§ĂŒktĂŒ komodinin ikincisi sığmamÄ±ĆŸtı öyle dĂŒĆŸĂŒnebilirsiniz. Yatak çift kiƟilik değil 1.5 olan yatak boyutundaydı. Çok dardı. Yatak rahatsızdı. Odada terlik, ĂŒtĂŒ oral odasında olan araç gereçler yoktu. Klima gĂŒrĂŒltĂŒlĂŒ çalÄ±ĆŸtığı için hiç uyuyamadık. Kahvaltıda ĂŒrĂŒn çeƟitliliği çoktu ama hiçbiri kaliteli ve lezzetli değildi. KeƟke bu kadar çeƟit yerine lezzetli ve kaliteli ĂŒrĂŒnler ikram edilseydi. Hayatımda içtiğim en kötĂŒ kahveyi tattım. Nasıl bu kadar kötĂŒ olabiliyor aklım almıyor. Açık bĂŒfe etrafındaki görevlilerin gözĂŒ sĂŒrekli ĂŒzerimizdeydi aĆŸÄ±rı rahatsız oldum. Odadaki menĂŒdeki her Ɵeyin fiyatı Euro ile yazılmÄ±ĆŸtı. Otel sahipleri TĂŒrkiye’de olduklarını unutmuƟ olmalılar.

À notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons eu des problĂšmes de communication Ă  la rĂ©ception, oĂč l’anglais du commis Ă©tait Ă  la limite du comprĂ©hensible, et oĂč on ne nous a pas dit que les repas Ă©taient inclus. Le rĂ©ceptionniste a mĂȘme eu l’absence de dĂ©licatesse de rĂ©pondre Ă  un autre client, alors que je lui posais des questions. Manque de savoir-vivre. Bref, nous sommes donc allĂ©s au restaurant, pour dĂ©couvrir seulement au retour que le souper Ă©tait fourni. Il ne restait plus rien au buffet puisque juste avant l’heure du repas, des bus dĂ©versent des hordes de personnes se lançant peu dĂ©licatement sur le buffet
 Lorsqu’on a voulu remplir notre bouteille d’eau, un employĂ© est venu nous apostropher pour nous dire que c’était interdit et que nous devions utiliser les verres non rĂ©utilisables (bonjour l’environnement) et que nous devions acheter des bouteilles. Cependant, la chambre Ă©tait vaste et confortable, mais nous avons dĂ» dormir avec des bouchons d’oreille Ă  cause des invitĂ©s bruyants. Point positif : la piscine d’eau thermale sur les lieux. Je dois aussi avouer qu’à notre deuxiĂšme jour, les bus ont amenĂ© moins de touristes, ce qui, cette fois, a rendu le souper plus agrĂ©able.

the pool was nice even though did not use it. The price was ok considering that was a thermal hotel. room was nice and clean, and rested well. at the terrace by the pool you have to go by the reception and get what you need and put it on your room. would definitely stay again especially if you want to go to Pamukale.
