"It is a small family run hotel - the owners personally greeted us. Everything had a personal to touch to it. The breakfast was outstanding. The owners were very personable and went out of the way to help us. The room was clean and spacious. It felt more like staying at your uncle's house than at a hotel. Location wise, it is perfect. Pamukkale and Hierapolis middle gate was just few minutes walk away from the hotel. "

"The Colossae was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is very close to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, which is a must see. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. "It's located in city center. Restaurants and shopping options are in walking distance. Pamukkale travertine is 10 minutes drive. A couple of reading lamps would be great but overall we were happy to stay at this hotel. "

"The manager of this property helped us in every way. He explained anything we asked about whether it was about the hotel or the tourist attractions. There was a free shuttle to Pamukkale and he called us a cab to get to the train station on our way out. He even called the cab driver when he realized that we left a phone in our hotel room.
