"It is a small family run hotel - the owners personally greeted us. Everything had a personal to touch to it. The breakfast was outstanding. The owners were very personable and went out of the way to help us. The room was clean and spacious. It felt more like staying at your uncle's house than at a hotel. Location wise, it is perfect. Pamukkale and Hierapolis middle gate was just few minutes walk away from the hotel. "

İlk verdikleri oda genel klima olduğunu zannettiğim bir makina gürültüsü nedeniyle oldukça rahatsızdı ancak hemen ilgilendler ve yeni bir odaya geçtik.Personelin ilgisi ve güleryüzlülüğü üst düzeydeydi. Odalarda balkon olması puro için ideal. Kahvaltı butik , kaliteli ve yeterli. Otelin altındaki Köz restoran da çok başarılı."

"The hotel located exactly in front of Pamukale. It is just few minute walk to pamukale. The room is clean and comfortable. Our room has the good view of pamukale. All facilities in the room are good. The breakfast is turkish standard breakfast. Manager and some staff speak english very good. One thing I love the  most of this hotel is the services. All staff from manager to bell boy are very friendly and so much helpful. We checked in very late at about 10PM and did not give the message to the...

"The manager of this property helped us in every way. He explained anything we asked about whether it was about the hotel or the tourist attractions. There was a free shuttle to Pamukkale and he called us a cab to get to the train station on our way out. He even called the cab driver when he realized that we left a phone in our hotel room. Then he asked the cab driver to take us to a smaller train station because he worried that we would miss our train. Stellar service, clean, wonderful pool,...

"Otel yeni ve çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü. Temizlik personeline ayrıca teşekkür ederiz her gün odayı mis gibi yaptılar. Otelin konumu merkezi her yere kolaylıkla ulaşılabilir. Personel istekleri yerine getirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Kahvaltı biraz vasat ama onun dışında her şeyden memnun kaldık"
