"Rooms are clean. There were holes in the wall, no cover on the fart fan in the bathroom. We've stayed there before last minute. As far as Motel 6's go, rooms are clean, staff is friendly. It's a place to sleep for the night after a Tarleton game. Beats paying 200 bucks at the run down Hampton ..."
