After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. "The breakfast was the only redeeming thing about our stay. Rooms were old a musty smelling, the carpets were so old and stained and wrinkled in places. The bottled water in the rooms were reused bottles that they top up. "

"We booked a superior double room, which is in theaon building. It was very tatty and in need of painting and updating. Very dated with a lack of plugs near the bed, none near the dressing table to plug in the hairdryer. One usb port. Dirty window dressings. A really old, dirty and damaged devine base. Breakfast was ok at best, not much choice and the mini chocolate muffins were dry or stale. The coffee was absolutely dreadful. The hash browns were oily and also not crisp because they had sweated...

"Lovely property, nice rooms and good facilities for kids. Swimming pool, games room and outside tennis and football court. Good selection of food in the restaurants and at breakfast."
