"I recently had the pleasure of staying at MoShams, and I can confidently say that it’s an ideal choice for anyone seeking a peaceful, serene, and luxurious getaway. The rooms are elegantly designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style, with the bed being exceptionally comfortable. The dining experience was outstanding. The Garhwali Thali was a true highlight and the masala omelette for breakfast was equally delightful. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated the hospitality provided by Sharmila and Mohit and all of their staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel safe, welcomed, and well cared for throughout my stay. "

"Nicely appointed room. Good location. A bit far out of town, but having the mall next door was very convenient for shopping and eating. The main (and irritating) problem was very poor and insecure internet. One uses the internet routinely for so many purposes that poor access is a MAJOR negative. I recommend that the hotel address this issue with the highest priority."

"Rooms are overpriced for what is on offer considering there are other hotels such as Hyatt Centric, Hyatt resort & spa, Fairfield by Marriott which offer better facilities for lesser price. Gym is not upto standard expected. Food quality is poor for a Taj Hotel. Toilet smelt of sewage which needed rectifying. Toilet size is quite small and was not cleaned to standard expected."

"Air conditioning was no good 😭 I requested them for heating but they brought small heaters which was almost broke…towels also not clean ..we stayed three days ..but with same bed sheets which was from the beginning…"
