"This was our first time in Luquillo, and overall we were happy with our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel would be MUCH better if they would improve their dining options, especially for dinner. It's bare bones for options. Also, it is unreasonable to end breakfast at 9am. Most people here are on vacation, and especially with kids, it is ridiculous! "

"We only booked a room because we missed our ferry and needed to stay somewhat close(30 minutes from the Ceiba ferry terminal) to catch one the next morning and our frustration quickly turned to delight. "Building was kind of broken. Elevator worked most but not all the time. Inside appliances were outdated and noisy. Best part was the pool and outside amenities including closeness to the beach. "

"I did not like this place at all and me and my family felt like no one on the property wanted to help us and didn’t know anything about what we could do around the area. Expedia was not helpful on helping me retrieve my my back because supposedly their was a glitch in their system. It really put me and my family in a bad spot! Don’t stay here there pool is so far away from the room and restaurants are also far and the other supposedly mother hotels told me and my family that we could not use...
