"Restroom dirty ,equipment for waffle was very dirty ,that make my waffle black, I ask if they can clean it ,stuff said she didn't have nothing to clean, that they don't provide nothing to clean the waffle equipment, windows side super dirty. I record , also other think very disappointing, in the room you can small all the dust. Breakfast was good ,except for the waffle machine"

"Dee (the person at the check-in desk) was very helpful and friendly. In fact, everyone that we came in contact with was friendly. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived, but we enjoyed going over to the gift shop at the Big Texan while we waited. The accommodations were very comfortable"
