"This was one of the best properties we have stayed at - EVER! Dear Lisbon Bordalo Palace Chiado exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious and super clean, well decorated and had everything you could possibly need (toothbrushes, water bottles, shower caps, a mending kit, even slippers). We were greeted with Pastel de Natas and raspberries in our room. The staff was so attentive to our every need! And, the breakfast was delicious. So many options, even freshly made espressos...

"Beautiful top floor room with balcony & air conditioning- absolutely loved it! We handled the steep climb and it was worth it. The staff are absolute gems - so friendly and helpful and yet very professional. The area is full of good bars and restaurants but the hotel itself is on a quiet street just off a park. Close to central Lisbon and the sights - this is a great place to retreat to. Staff recommended restaurants were excellent too"

"Het hotel was top! Personeel was super vriendelijk. We waren te vroeg aangekomen; onze kamer was nog niet klaar maar de eigenaar heeft toch ervoor gezorgd dat we eerder konden inchecken. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Elke dag wordt de kamer schoongemaakt en het bed opgemaakt. Er staat elke dag een versnapering klaar op het bed voor ons. De badkamer is niet groot zeker de ruimte van de toilet is wat aan de krappe kant. Het ontbijt vonden wij uitstekend en uitgebreid. De locatie was top;...

"Great area close to many interesting sights and Camoes Square which is a meeting point for many Tours. That square is right next to Baixo- Chiado subway station. It is in one of the hilly areas of Lisbon. Walking down is fine, but I usually took an Uber at the end of my sightseeing instead of walking back up the hill. Immaculate stylishly decorated room. The bathroom is quite small. The room is perfect for one person but a tight squeeze for two people.There is a little elevator with the sliding...
