They say full kitchen. No coffee maker, no microwave. Half the time you ask the staff for anything they seem annoyed. One plug for the TV and stove. Not worth what I spent. They do not have adequate parking. Definite price gouging for local event events happening.

I was clearly given a room that should never have been rented for any reason.Please double check Room 106 completely before bedding down for the night. Absolutely horrendous!! I arrived roughly 830pm to check in for my reservation I had booked over 6 weeks earlier. There was some confusion over this and she had to have another person look into this. After quite a few minutes clicking on computer, they looked at each other and I was checked in. I checked room and found my deadbolt wasn't aligned so I could not lock door. I went back to desk to ask for another room only to be told all other rooms were dirty due to large concert in town the last few nights. He said my reservation should never have been made as he had closed bookings for that night. They would not offer me any discount as my booking was made at a rate that was all ready way over the full price. I took a chair and jammed it in the door to feel a little safer being there. As I looked around the room more, no exhaust fan in bathroom, no smoke or fire detectors, outlets are 2 prong - non grounded, water piping for toilet shows seriously leaking, the one outlet in sleeping area shuts off when you turn light out, no gfc in bathroom sink. I could go on. I awoke after 3 hrs restless sleep to step in a pool of water in bathroom from the leak that has obviously been going on for quite a while. I put a towel down and tried to recharge my computer pad. I could no more and left feeling tired, abused, taken advantage of, etc.

No wonder there were still openings here! This is really a last resort. They don’t spend any money on upkeep. There is mold and grime everywhere and everything is really dusty and gross. Literally health safety hazard level poorly unkept. They know people will still book because of the location. I guess the only plus side is it will make next Coachella better when we stay at a place that doesn’t disgust us.

Not the place you would like to stay, very very filthy and old, place stank, shower didn't work correctly, toilet was not working, towels were filthy, mattresses had dad stamped as approved in 2022. But the worst part is that there was for guys who approached my husband asking if he was a certain guy. It is what it says MOTEL, where people live, not a problem but many shady people in the parking lot, and many watching as we arrived, We did not even stay the night, we left because we felt unsecure.

I rented 3 rooms, in room 102 the Air co ditioner didn't work so they moved us to 106 that room was fine, but in room 124 thre is no sinck in the restroom, the oulets are scaresd and the shower head is horrible very, very little water comes out it seems to be clogged, it took me over an hour to shower!

This is an older motel. In my opinion, it is more than a 2 star motel. All rooms are first floor, guaranteed no climbing stairs to a room (-: My room was very clean. The building trim could use some paint to enhance the exterior. Shower was a smaller stall, but was fine for me. I plan to go back again this year for relaxation and exploring. It is very close to Shields Date Farm, where there is a restaurant, date-related gift shop, and The Garden Walk, a free, beautifully done meandering walkway with sculptures and scriptures depicting the entire life of Jesus Christ The Village Coffee Shop is a great place for breakfast; it is located in Citrus Plaza, which is about a mile southwest. You can Google it.

Kitchen light didn't work. Lights by bed didn't work, didn't have bulbs. Main switch also turned off plugs--most places this is an electrical code violation. Had to charge devices in the kitchen, if I could find the plug in the dark. Parking was isolated and not secure, had to park at another building. TV controller had dead, damaged batteries and was unusable. Pool was dirty, leaf filled. Staff had to be asked four times to provide an ironing board. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at, including several in third world countries. Told clerk about problems but she didn't write anything down so doubt they will fix anything. I've seen far better in third world countries. Property should be delisted from Expedia until they prove it is usable.

I was told 3-4 different prices higher each time, when I called the property later in the day but per my departure at 12pm the same day the room was $70, as well as Expedia. Then it said suddenly "no rooms available for chosen date" so I called, told they had room for $96. Called back, told it was $150-180. I had traveled after a VERY long day just to patronize again as this hotel is HORRIBLE: dirty room, dirty bed, dirty and damp towels, no water pressure, dirty floors, and frighteningly deceptive as it was quite vacant per my 11:15pm arrival, which I am expecting the same greeting as the 1st evening, but told a different price by 3 different agents at front desk. It was not just "as if they were" but they DID PRICE GOUGE ME AND LIE ONLINE REGARDING VACANY AND PRICE. The younger man, assuming the son, saw (and I do understand many languages- it's smart to be kind to everyone, especially Valentine's day near midnight.) I explained several times my problem with converting Euro at the moment, so had only enough for the $96 quote. He glanced at my phone and saw the complete anount in my USD account and literally told the other representative out of sight how much I had, used a calculator in front of me and adjusted taxes and all to make it every $ I had for a gross, one damp dingey towel, no TV, gross shower, and just, deceptive/cruel treatment to a ret guest who'd just've stayed in Palm Springs for Valentine's day, decided I'd like some rest. REFUND PLEASE?!
