Staff were phenomenal! Lou in the evening was the best!! The pool was great, the activities for kids/families were great, and we had a wonderful time there! As a footnote I would add more pillows would be wonderful (we only had two per queen bed.) But it wasn't detrimental to our stay. Thanks ...
