"I strongly advise against booking these apartments through this company. I arrived for check-in at 3:00 PM, having already paid for a two-week stay in advance. The doors were closed, and the security guard informed me that there was no information about my reservation and that he couldn't let me in. We called various numbers, but no one answered. It wasn't until 7:30 PM that I finally got a response, and at 8:00 PM the guard had the necessary information.
The security staff were extremely rude...
