Santo Spirito, Bari is a surprisingly cute town with a very nice walk to the port. Quite glad we booked our room where we did. The town is expanding its waterfront with sitting areas, restaurants and bars. "

"Cute and quaint. Close enough to the beach which was a 10 minute walk away. There are no staff in this location so asking for extra towels and toilet paper was awkward but the staff were very helpful and nice. The park for children is right across the street which was great for my 8y old and 6y old but the walls did not have sound proofing so sleeping at night was difficult for a light sleeper such as myself. Loved the town!"

"We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. "

"Excellent property with a convenient location—away from the busy downtown area while still offering an easy drive to the city's major attractions. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The continental breakfast was by far one of the best I've experienced. Combined with the reasonable rates, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others"
