"I book a room based on a heated indoor pool. And though this establishment did in fact have a beautiful indoor pool. The pool itself was not heated. The room surrounding the pool was heated but not the pool water itself. Actually it was pretty chilly. The room was clean enough but the bed was very uncomfortable. And; finally; most establishments offer a free continental breakfast with your stay. Not here! There was a charge for everything in the cafeteria area. My thoughts on this were that if...

"Disappointed on how the hotel staff handled the situation I brought up to them regarding being intentionally snowed in around my car by the plow truck driver - not once but twice during the same one night stay. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Simply received a polite response with no solution. won’t be staying there again due to this lack of customer satisfaction. "

"Bathtub was not clean - Bed seemed to be old and very uncomfortable with dips in it. The woman doing check in was not a very pleasant person didn't even make eye contact or ask about stay. I am happy we only were staying 1 night."

"Dirty dishes in our sink and washer. No toilet paper. After 3hrs driving and needing a bathroom we had to wait for Toilet Paper after checking in. Food was mediocre. The worst part was the kids making noise directly across from us and in other room around us. Spoke to the front desk and they did nothing. I assume so because nothing changed. They made noise until 3am"

"The room was clean and spacious. We had plenty of towels. Breakfast was yummy. There were many grade school aged children staying at the hotel for swim meets and hockey games. Unfortunately, several of those children were very noisy running and shouting in the hallways. The hotel management addressed this issue very quickly after it they were notified."
