"great breakfast service and food. Excellent location to nearby attractions."

"Very easy to find, and close enough for a short walk from the train station. very clean room and very comfortable bed. A great variety of breakfast options including several freshly baked items. Mariella was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. I would stay again if I am in Palermo."

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Good"

"Die Unterkunft war super, nur zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation ist einfach, das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zudem ist die Lage optimal, da direkt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und Zentrum. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, es ist nicht unbedingt ruhig."

"Mariella places extreme pride in her properties. She delights in ensuring her customers are contented and able to truly enjoy time both in her apartments and Palermo. She made us feel at home."

"this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again."

"Ett fantastiskt mottagande och introducering till boende och stad. Utsökt frukost serverad i hotellets trädgård. Läget perfekt och även om rummet saknade fönster med utsikt fanns allt vi behövde. Ett lugnt boende centralt med charm och stil."

"Fantastic location for restaurants and tourism! This place has a lot of space and was very clean. If we travel to Palermo this is where we want to stay."

"What a unique and awesome property. The staff is exceptional, location is brilliant, decor is second to none. The whole place was awesome"

"In addition to the very convenient location, the room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent. Staff are very warm and give very useful recommendations."

"If you stay in Palermo, then I’d highly recommend this place. Such a nice hotel, really comfortable sleep, and really clean! I stayed in the double room with the terrace which I’d recommend as it can get quite noisy outside and this is away from the Main Street. The location for the hotel is the best in Palermo , literally on via maqueda which is where all restaurants and shops are.. I’d highly recommend and would definitely come back!"

"Poor breakfast Small, barely useable bathroom Water is in the mini- bar This is barely a 3 star hotel The staff when they were around( not fully manned) were nice"
