el personal que labora en el establecimiento es excelente, pero de acuerdo a lo visto y vivido, es insuficiente, se requiere más personal. No cuenta con áreas verdes por lo que sugiero macetones en todos los espacios disponibles para tener más verdor y flores; eso da una buena vista de las instalaciones. Está muy lejos del centro

Es un hotel queda muy lejos del centro y las calles son sin pavimentar, hotel muy rústico, básico . No contaba con arandelas para colgar las toallas.

All good in a far neighborhood

No complaints except for the typical poor wifi. Two easy colectivos to Pelenque - easy and cheap. They also had a simple breakfast of toast, jam,cereal and milk. They do laundry. The hotel is in a small neighborhood with a few restaurants. If you want local cooking its here. Very quiet at night but with mosquitoes

Good place to stay if you don't need night life.

The hotel is located off of the beaten path. If you use this hotel, you will need a taxi or a car to get to the town of Palenque. This is about 3 miles from town. The hotel staff were more than amazing. I liked our stay and our room with more than adequate. I personally would stay here again, even if I did not have a car and just use a cab. The surrounding area was quiet at night and the room was adequately dark to allow sleep.

very nice stay

the service was very good and we got help to booking a tour to the ruins and taxis to the bus station. the room was very clean and the ac was good. I would stay there again.

Nice little hotel near Palenque

This is an excellent hostel/hotel. It is a ways from Palenque, maybe a couple of miles, but the cab fare was only a couple of bucks. Very nice people. Room I stayed in seemed to be brand new. Very comfortable small suite with two rooms and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, sink, coffee maker, etc. Very satisfied.

Casi todo perfecto...

La atención excelente, lo único complicado fue el llegar al sitio, puesto que el GPS mandaba a otro lugar con la dirección del hotel, sin embargo, el personal hizo todo lo posible para orientarnos. Las instalaciones aún no estaban completas, por lo que nos modificaron el costo por los incovenientes que esto podrían haber generado. Limpio y confortable. Gracias!

Cómodo pero alejado

Primero que nada felicitar a José, nuestro anfitrión, quién desde nuestra llegada fue muy amable y respondió todas nuestras dudas acerca de los atractivos del lugar. El hotel es bastante básico y está alejado del centro de la ciudad y de la zona arqueológica. El WiFi no sirve muy bien y sólo tenía un canal de TV. Como hotel de paso para una noche o máximo dos, esta bien.
