I pointed out that there was no mention of this on my booking and in fact it clearly stated that any ‘extras’ would be invoiced at check out. But unless it specifically says city view or pool view you have the back overlooking pipes with the smell of grease coming up and a generator. Complained. Was told complaint was prioritised. "The hotel is excellent but some of the guests let our experience down. The area is definitely moving towards an Ibiza vibe. We were on our balcony when an “excited”naked young man came out onto the balcony while his friends in the courtyard cheered him on for getting “lucky”, I assume the lady involved was the one who appeared on the balcony later to cheers. That night at “seed” restaurant we watched a group of young men in the hotel courtyard get high from nitrous oxide."

"L’hôtel était bien situé, en centre-ville, à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Le personnel était accueillant et les petits-déjeuners très complets. Le centre-ville est assez bruyant, mais l’espace piscine, peu fréquenté en avril, nous a permis de profiter de l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Dommage que le bar de la piscine était fermé lors de notre séjour."
