"They charged me twice for the room and still have not refunded me. They promised we would receive a refund and now we are back almost a week and still no refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is not the right way to do business. A/C didn't work properly, soap from previous guest in the soap dish in our bathroom."

"Great location for Palau harbour and we could walk there easily and felt safe. Property is a little old fashioned, but clean. Breakfast was a bit basic but overall for the value for money it was ok. We were given a semi basement room which smelt musty and i asked to be moved which we were to an upper room that was much nicer, but ti is very old fashioned."

"We enjoyed our stay at Resort Le Saline . We were only in Palau for 2 days at the end of September so we didn’t get to take advantage of all of the amenities but we’d definitely select this place again. The villas were clean and comfortable, the kitchens had the basic necessities for cooking/ eating in (plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator etc) and there is a washing machine to do laundry if needed. "Hotel Rafael was amazing. Great little cove, super small and cute hotel. Amazing staff, thank you Martina! The only issue is it is quite far from other restaurants, you have to drive 10+ minutes. Restaurants and shopping at the hotel area is great. Good place to lounge and relax."

"Points positifs: un appartement vaste avec 2 salles de bains et propre. "Beautifully renovated room and bathroom, very clean, comfy bed and sheets. Lovely little balcony. Kitchenette was fully equipped. Highlight was the gorgeous pool, with loungers! Breakfast was included, though it was the the same everyday,it was good. Staff were accommodating and very helpful. Use of A car would be recommended to stay here. The on site restaurant was so so….it would have been good to easily dine in Palau .There are only 6 taxis in Palau, and they charge 25€ for the 5 km trip into town. The value for the price we paid was excellent though. "
