Friendly welcome and great service during my stay there. The room was clean and a good size. I stayed in a double bed room and really enjoyed my stay. I used the laundry service which was really helpful, dropped my clothes off first thing in the morning and collected that same evening. The only downside was that the room was quite dark in the evening as the lighting doesn't light up the whole room well, but this didn't affect my stay. I liked having the balcony area and seats out the front of the room so I could still sit outside when it was raining. Overall, I was very happy with he stay and would look to come back and stay here again in the future.
Had a great couple of nights! Only thing was the welcoming at check in wasn’t very enthusiastic at all. But the staff was very accommodating during the stay. Great location!!
Everything was great. Except the pool wasn't the cleanest. I did see the staff clean the pool with the nets (and once with this huge machine - not sure what it was for) but it was still very dirty with lots of things floating on top and the floor had a sandy feeling to it. Didn't enjoy the pool as much as I hoped to.
Hotel is nice. Right in downtown Pai close to the market and restaurants. Has a nice pool. Good shower and wifi. Only issue we had was checking in the front desk person was SO rude and unpleasant. We arrived early and were told we couldn't check in until 2. Fine even though I don't think we saw another guest for 3 days. We then asked if we could get the wifi password and were told no onkybin the room. Later we noticed wifi works through so we could have. Also every time we walked by this person we would say hi. They never responded. Not even to look up from their cell phone. Worst service we've had in all of Thailand.
