"Location, location, location. This place is incredibly charming and clean."

"All was good, rooms were clean and a very quiet. Slept well. Only issue, was breakfast, the tables and floors were dirty. And we got there right at 7am, at the opening of breakfast being served. it had food crumbs on floors and most of the tables weren't clean. Microwave was dirty, dried-up cheese or food stains in microwave."

"Pet and people friendly B & B with friendly staff and great breakfast. The horse drawn wagon ride near by was a great bonus. The views from the higher elevation and of the rural surrounding are gorgeous. "

"The cleanliness of the room was amazing especially coming off a 7 day camping trip. We always get a hotel the night before leaving out and the last 2 years we have booked with Alpine...WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM!!! There are a couple places to eat within a reasonable walking distance but none of the "in town" traffic and noise. "
