Das Zimmer und das Bad waren wirklich in einem sehr schlechten Allgemeinzustand. Da wurde wahrscheinlich seit den 80ern nicht mehr renoviert. Aber auch die Reinigung des Zimmers wurde vernachlässigt. Insofern auch ein schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Nicht zu empfehlen.

The staff were rude and not at all considerate, the rooms were smelly and bad as well. Would not recommend anyone.

The whole place needs updating. First the only ice machine for the whole place wasn’t working. The bathroom: toilet seat not secured properly; the non-slip coating on the tub was peeling; toilet bowl was dirty; and walls and ceiling had cracks in them. The microwave looks so old, the color white was fading. What’s with the 32” TV? Why does breakfast start at 7:30 am. Most places with free breakfast start at 6 am. Theirs was from 7:30 to 9:30 am. We had our Antelope Canyon tour starting at 8 am so we had to miss breakfast. I was very generous in giving this hotel a 2/10. I don’t know why Expedia has this on their website. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Rooms were just okay, pillows need updating but bed was pretty comfy. No soap for bathroom, ice machine on complex broken so no ice available. Some loud people staying and woke us up in midldle of the night.

We expected a basic motel but this was much worse: The bathroom door doesn’t close, the ac machine was super loud (and we are use to a louder ac unit), the bathroom sink counter isn’t secured to the wall. Bed creaks. Says breakfast included but no breakfast when we go up. Front agent didn’t mention anything about breakfast at different times etc. very very run down and we had a person knock on our door for 20mins at 5am in the morning. Not a great place for families. Based on my experience, I’d avoid.

The room we were first assigned was behind a closed restaurant and was not very inviting. The property is being renovated, and there were large dumpsters, and not many rooms to choose from. The room we were initially in had major gaps around the doors and trim problems in the room. I talked to the people at the front desk and they moved us to a different room that was much better in all aspects.

We only had a one night stay. Checkin went well. The office was supposed to open at 7 am but noone was there at 7:30 when we needed to leave. Breakfast was supposed to be included but again it wasn't open. Very disappointing.

If you like the 70’s this place is for you. Furniture was very old particle board, flimsy and OLD. would not have stayed but it was already paid for. The town however was very nice area. Had dinner at the Dam Bar and grill. Excellent. Pictures on the web site do not always paint a true picture. Room smelled. Sheets and towels also from the 70’s I think.

The property was old and unkempt. The threshold at the door had a 3/4 inch gap. Ended up putting a towel in front of the door to cut the wind and dust from coming in.

The staff did their best to accommodate, but the property is old and in disrepair. Not sure when the floor had been swept last. I wore socks and they picked up hair and dust bunnies from the floor.

It was a okay hotel. Nothing fancy. Has laundry facilities. Great location. We stayed to nights. Pillows are small , more like throw cushions that a pillow. Beds were comfortable. Room had fridge and microwave. Free breakfast 730 am to 930pm . Price was right. I would stay here again.

Hotel was in good shape, the room was comfortable and clean. The other clientele weren't the greatest, as I heard a couple "guests" grumbling when I parked near them so as to be close to my room. Not really sure what their issue was. Also, the sign on the main office said that breakfast was served at 7am, but when we were trying to grab something and check out at 7am, there was no one there and the office was locked.

It wasn’t clean at all, there weee stains on the towels, some hair in the sink and no hot water in the tub. Also, something happened that night, I don’t know what but it was just scary so I left the hotel without sleeping there even if I had booked an other night. They didn’t refund me the second night I didn’t stay. I won’t recommend this place.

Cost performance is good
I liked the variaty of breakfast. Room was clean and wide. I am suprised of the cheap price, with this kind of nice place. I recommend to other to come to this motel. The only thing is that wall is thin and my neighbour room was noisy at night and could not sleep well.
