Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. "The hotel it's self is amazing clean & in such a good place ideal to get to terminal 2 & within walking distance. The staff at the hotel however was a whole different experience!!! My sister arrived before me checked in wasn't told what floor room etc & was basically bullied into booking breakfast at a cheaper rate but had to book it there & then. As my train was slightly delayed she ordered food for us. When I arrived the woman checked me in & didn't bother to tell me the floor etc. My sister...

"Stayed here for 3 nights, no house cleaning, no fresh linen, no fresh towels, hotel does not accept cash, bar closed quite early, very over priced for food, beer, tea or coffee, I was charged £26.60 for 2 very small brioche rolls with rasher and egg and 2 small cappuccinos. Would not recommend and won’t stay again 😡"

Correct room had very obvious damage which no attempt had been made to repair, when raised was told no other rooms available with an apology."
