"La habitación estaba amplia, limpia y acogedora. El baño también estuvo amplio y muy limpio, el cristal de la ducha con el vapor del agua se veía sin sarro y sin manchas .. Todo bien. Disponían de jabón, shampoo, papel y toallas. El desayuno que el hotel brinda es continental, si me gustó. Nos tocó la habitación en el piso 5. Estuvo tranquilo. En nuestro caso no escuchamos ruido en la noche. El sitio está bien ubicado: a 5 minutos en carro de Rumichaca y 20 minutos del aeropuerto."

"The property is nice the staff are friendly but the reason why I gave 3 stars overall was because after spending 8 days paying around the same price for a night they raised the price significantly and when I asked if I could keep the same rate the response was kind of snarky telling me the price that it would go up to like if I couldn’t cover it, they said that they needed to talk the the general manager and they never did so I decided to check out and go to another hotel. "Excelente estadía en el corazón de Pasto. Nos quedamos dos noches con nuestros hijos y nos dieron dos habitaciones juntas, algo que el personal confirmó antes de nuestra llegada. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocas cuadras de la catedral y cerca de buenos restaurantes. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, con calentadores para las noches frías. El desayuno es fresco y preparado al momento. La comunicación rápida y la amabilidad del personal marcaron la diferencia. Muy recomendable. "
