"We booked this hotel last minute as the one we had previously booked was not suitable to stay in. This property was amazing from the time we walked in. The lobby was clean. The very sweet front desk woman was super busy when we checked in on Friday but handled everyone efficiently and timely. Everywhere we went was clean. Our room was clean and despite the hotel being so full it was quiet and we could always find a good place to park. The staff during breakfast were so nice and checked to make sure we didn’t need anything and that all food was fresh even at 9:30 when they stopped breakfast at 10. I was very impressed and will be coming back next time we come to St Louis."

"07.7.2026 The front desk was kind. Our expection was not what we expected when we arrive at the hotel l. the picture we seen online was not what we saw when we arrived. the room were clean we had to ask for more towel. No one can to clean the room we had a 4 night stay."

"The hotel was nice. Could have more options for food. We ate at the steakhouse and for the money we paid the food was mediocre. They have a little store in the hotel but it’s only open certain days and they definitely need to get more stuff in there like snacks and things like that but all in all it was a nice hotel. We probably stay there again and the people are very friendly."

"We got a junior suite which was located in the Clayton building. It was clean and comfortable. Not extravagant, but nice. We did open the couch bed for my kids and the cover was dirty and there were no blankets or pillows. The front desk had someone to our room within about 20 minutes to put a brand new mattress cover on and give us blankets, and the housekeeper was very sweet. I wish the room had a microwave; we had two fridges with a wet bar, but no microwave. The gym was pretty big and nice and had a sauna. The breakfast was worth the add on price of $10 per person, per night. If they offer the apple dumplings while you are there we highly recommend you have one. The bar and restaurant was really good and decently priced, we had lunch there one day. I wish the pool had been heated. Unfortunately, all the ice machines remotely near my room were broken. I think I tried 4 different ones. The banquet manager saw me in the hall and got me a bucket of ice, though. I forgot her name but she had a French accent and was very kind and helpful. Overall, I have no regrets about staying here and would stay again."
