"Best hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to the Yucatan area. The hotel is guarded by security in the front and once in the courtyard, noticed a whole bunch of turtles on the property. The hitel is clean and refreshing and the staff was very friendly. The maintenance people were constantly working on the property, whether raking the sand or trimming plants. The hotel has a beautiful beach area as well as a pier you can walk right on, giving you access to Cozumels rocky and fish filled bottom...

"Had the best six days there just recently and did not wanna leave. The property is so peaceful and chill… full of great views and conveniently reef to snorkel in front of.
The staff was so incentive and helpful.

"Me encantó el hotel, aparte de que sus instalaciones son preciosas, el servicio fue de lujo, desde nuestra llegada la atención fue increíble, nos ayudaron con una propuesta de matrimonio y wow toda la logística.
Solo hubo el detallito que algunos huéspedes no respetaron la hora de salida de la alberca y ahí fue la pedida de mano.
Sin duda regresaré pronto! La ubicación también está ideal porque tienes playa y la 5a avenida y las tiendas están muy accesible caminando."

"Sobre todo la atencion del concierge OSCAR para con nosotros, sus detalles por nuestro aniversario, el letrero en la puerta de nuestra habitacion, las botellas de bienvenida y aniversario, las separaciones en nocturnas en los restaurantes y la recepcion en uno de ellos con una botella para niestro brindis, todo eso espectacular, muchas gracia a OSCAR por tú atención y sorpresas."
