"On a cross country trip from Orlando FL to LA, FSD all the way. I love that this hotel has Tesla chargers. Not just Tesla-compatible chargers, but ones you can plug directly into Tesla, without adapter, and it'll charge the cost to your Tesla account like how any Supercharger would. This was an amazing stop for the night before we headed through the mountains into Albuquerque the next day. Rest of the stuff was great too. Only thing is that internet was really really slow. Had a couple work...

"The hotel canceled my 3 day stay when I arrived a day late without a phone call. I had to pay for the night I missed. Waiting on phone call from manager. I give high marks for Cleanliness, felt safe. The breakfast was a little disappointing, waffle maker broken . No bacon. Freeway can be heard in my room. Most employees gave me excellent service. One hotel employee soured my visit, greeting me with a frown throughout my stay. I observed the same employee treating others with friendliness. I...

"Great service"

"It’s was an ok room. The light bulb flickered then finally went out, restroom/vanity floor was sticky (probably the cleaning products)."

"well maintained at everything"

"I thought the breakfast options were excellent, some of the best I've seen. Excellent protein options, multiple juice options, bacon, and oatmeal. The staff was also very friendly and helped me to plan my Balloon Fiesta week. Th room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was spacious and well laid out. The furniture itself looked tired and old; one of the dressers had a drawer that would not close completely. The closet doors were low quality and the furniture in the bedroom looked like it...

"Everything was fine and I enjoyed my stay. The only challenges stemmed from the TV signal strength being so weak that I have to select the same channel multiple time an hour as the signal failed. No big deal though. I did miss not having pancakes in the morning as the machine was not functional. However, the bagels were plentiful with multiple topping options so I was good."

"Clean room."

"Gym was perfect. Needs a rope handle for the gym"

"Great place to stay in Bernalillo and Albuquerque area."

"Clean facility, excellent breakfast buffet with local cuisine options, and helpful staff. I brought my daughter and our room lacked"

"Room was was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good except for the eggs. (Weird texture and bland)"

"Front counter lady was one of the best ever."

"Nice place to stay. Very clean"

"Do not stay here. Driving in on a narrow road gave a bad feeling about the location an adult store on one side and tatto store.on the other. The property and hotel are run down. The kingsize bed room was an awkwardly converted double with a leaking cooler. Staff profiled me. That was so demeaning, I lost my appetite and did not eat the simple breakfast offered. I checked out early knowing I would have to pay the full amount of my stay and asked for a printed receipt. The desk clerk said she...
